1 | cup | All-purpose flour |
½ | cup | S&W Shelled Walnuts; chopped |
8 | ounces | S&W Glace Cake Mix (1 con- tainer) |
3½ | ounce | S&W Natural Glace Pineapple Wedges (1 container) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and HALF each of walnuts, glace cake mix and pineapple wedges (batter will be stiff).
Spoon batter into greased 9-inch square baking dish, spreading dough evenly. Combine remaining walnuts and glace fruit; sprinkle mixture over top and press lightly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top has a firm, dull crust. Cool in pan; cut into squares. Makes 16 pieces.
