Ingredients

½ | cup | Diced salt pork or bacon |
3 | mediums | Potatoes; peeled, diced |
¼ | cup | Minced onion |
2 | cups | Water |
1 | can | (20-oz) cream style corn |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | dash | Pepper |
2 | cups | Light cream; scalded |
Directions
Cook pork over medium heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients except cream. Cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in cream; heat but do not boil.
Serves 4.
