Cottage beef bake

Ingredients

5 ounces Noodles, medium
1 pounds Ground beef
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Sour cream
½ cup Onion; chopped
¾ cup Cheese, Cheddar; shredded

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse.

Saute ground beef until lightly browned; drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt, and pepper; simmer 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, and noodles.

Spread half of noodle mixture in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole; top with half of meat sauce. Repeat layers; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
