Cranberry mousse

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 pack Jello, raspberry; (3 oz)
16 ounces Cranberry sauce, jellied
2 cups Cool whip; thawed

Directions

Heat cranberry juice to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved.

Beat cranberry sauce in a small bowl for one minute at high speed.

Stir into jello mixture. Chill until jello begins to thicken (not set). Gently fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into individual serving dishes or into a pie shell. Chill until firm.
