Crab meat mousse

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Gelatin
½ cup Cold water
1 can Condensed tomato soup
9 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
¼ cup Chopped stuffed olives
1 can (13-oz) crab meat

Directions

Add gelatin to cold water & soak 5 minutes. Bring soup to boiling. Remove from heat, add gelatin & stir until dissolved. Cream the cheese well & gradually stir in hot soup mixture. Stir until smooth. When almost cool, add mayonnaise & all other ingredients. Pour into mold & chill.
