Crabmeat casserole

Ingredients

2 | slices | White bread, cubed |
2 | ounces | Cheddar cheese, cubed |
6 | ounces | Crabmeat, well drained |
4 | ounces | Canned mushrooms, drained |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | cup | Skim milk |
1½ | teaspoon | Mustard |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Dash of pepper | ||
Dash of paprika |
Directions
Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1½ quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients and let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
