Cranberry chili chicken

½ | cup | Whole berry cranberry sauce |
½ | cup | Chili sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Orange marmalade |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
4 | Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (up to 6) | |
2 | teaspoons | Vegetable oil |
Directions
Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, marmalade, and allspice; set aside.
In a large skillet, slowly brown chicken on both sides in oil. Pour the sauce mixture over chicken. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Turn and baste occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
To prepare this in the microwave cook the chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on high. Put everything together and heat for 2 more minutes.
