Cranberry sauce chicken ^

Ingredients

½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
6 Chicken pieces
Oil
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
¾ cup Cranberry juice cocktail
16 ounces Can cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground marjoram
1 tablespoon Minced onion

Directions

Mix flour, salt and pepper together in paper bag. Shake chicken until well coated. Pour oil to a depth of ¼" in bottom of heavy skillet.

Heat oil and brown chicken on all sides. Cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is tender. Drain on paper towels. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan. Gradually stir in cranberry juice until smooth.

Add cranberry sauce, spices and onions. Cook lover medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. To serve, place chicken on serving pla
