Cranberry short ribs

6 pounds Short ribs
1 cup Whole cranberry sauce
cup Vinegar
1 cup Orange marmalade
½ cup Bottled chili sauce

Directions

Trim excess fat from ribs and place them in large kettle with sufficient water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours or until ribs are tender when pierced with a fork.

Drain. Combine marmalade, cranberry sauce, chili sauce and vinegar in a bowl. Preheat gas barbecue on high for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Grill short ribs for 20 to 25 minutes brushing with glaze and turning frequently. Ribs should be richly glazed. Serve with remaining glaze Submitted By GRANT AMES On 08-22-95
