Cranberry-maple glazed ham

1 | can | (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce |
¼ | cup | Maple syrup |
1 | Fully-cooked (8 pound) whole boneless ham |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and maple syrup. Cook mixture over medium heat until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer into thickest part of ham. Bake uncovered for 1½ to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 135 to 140. Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking time. Makes 24 servings. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder.
