Quantity Ingredient
1 Smoked; (5- to 7-pound) fully cooked ham half
Whole cloves
1 can (8-ounce) cranberry sauce
¼ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Steak sauce
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Ground allspice
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves

Remove and discard skin from ham. Score fat on ham in a diamond design, and stud with whole cloves. Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

Combine cranberry sauce and next 6 ingredients. Baste ham with ¼ cup mixture.

Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover and baste ham. Bake, uncovered, 1 more hour or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest portion registers 140°, basting every 15 minutes. Garnish, if desired.
