Creamed chicken salad

1 tablespoon Gelatin
½ cup Cold chicken broth
2 cups Left-over chicken meat
3 eaches Eggs
2 cups Hot chicken broth
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
teaspoon Marjoram

Soak the gelatin in the cold broth for 30 minutes. Mix together the chicken meat (cut very fine), the eggs, hot broth and seasoning and cook in double boiler for 10 minutes. Add gelatin, remove from fire, turn into rectangular mold and chill on ice. Slice and serve with mayonnaise on crisp lettuce or romaine leaves.
