Creamy basil yogurt vinaigrette

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons White wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
¾ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
Ground pepper
3 tablespoons Basil, fresh chopped

Directions

Mix together the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, and pepper.

Add chopped basil. Whip in the yogurt with a hand mixer. Modified from a recipe for vinaigrette in: Reversing Heart Disease, Dean Ornish, Random House, 1990
