Red wine basil vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 Cloves Garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Fresh Basil Leaves; slivered
½ cup Parsley; chopped

Directions

Combine the garlic, mustard, vinegar and pepper in a small bowl; whisk well. Add the oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until the vinaigrette has thickened slightly. Fold in the basil and parsley.
