Creole garlic grits for breakfast

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup 5-MINUTE GRITS
4 cups WATER
6 STRIPS BACON
4 CLOVES GARLIC,MINCED
1 STICK MARGARINE
8 EGGS
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

Cook grits, seasoned with 1 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes; add minced garlic & stir. Fry bacon slices until crisp & crumble well on small plate. Fry eggs in ½ stick margarine,your choice, over or up.

Place ¼ of grits in center of serving plate & add pat of margarine.

Sprinkle with crumbled bacon & top with two eggs. Season to taste.
