Crispy parmesan chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Boned and skinned chicken breast halves, thawed
1 Egg
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons Finely crushed saltines OR butter flavored crackers
1 tablespoon Cooking oil

Directions

Flatten chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness with mallet or edge of sauces. Beat egg in a shallow bowl. Combine Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
