Crispy winter relish

1 cup Finely chopped apples
1 cup Finely shredded cabbage
½ cup Finely diced celery
1 tablespoon Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped pimiento
3 tablespoons Vinegar
4 teaspoons Liquid sucaryl
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
dash Cayenne

Directions

Combine apples and vegetables.Combine vinegar,sucaryl,salt,and spices blending well.Pour over apples and vegetables,tossing lightly.Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
