Cube steaks saute'

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pounds Cube Steaks
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
¼ cup Beef Broth
2 tablespoons Horseradish

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over moderate high heat. Season steaks with salt & pepper. Saute steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to moderate. Stir in beef broth and horseradish and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
