Cube steaks in wine

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Cube (minute) steaks
1 Onion, chopped course
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
¾ cup Dry red wine
2 cans Golden mushroom soup
1 can Water
½ cup Seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup Sifted flour
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

1. mix bread crumbs, flour, & cajun seasoning together & coat steaks with mixture. Place olive oil in electric skillet & brown cube steaks on both sides & set aside, saute onions & garlic in skillet.

2. In a sauce pan, mix soup & water bring to a boil. Pour soup into skillet add wine & stir. Add steaks cover & simmer about 10 - 12 minutes turning steaks over occasionally.

Makes a great sauce to serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
