Steak cajun-style

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Margarine, melted
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon White pepper
4 Ribeye steaks

Directions

Heat a skillet to 350 degrees and pour melted margarine in. Combine seasoning in a small bowl. Dip steaks in melted margarine and sprinkle with season mixture. Place steaks in skillet and cook each side for about 3½ minutes. Serves 4.
