Cucumber/tomato soup salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10¾ ounce Cream of Tomato Soup
2 packs Gelatin
1 cup Cottage cheese, drained
½ cup Celery, diced
½ cup Cucumbers, diced
Mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over soup and let stand 5 minutes. Add other ingredients and pour into molds. Chill until set. Serve with dollops of mayonnaise, if desired.
