3 tablespoons Chopped fresh mint
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Sliced, peeled, seeded
Cucumbers

Directions

Combine yogurt, mint, salt, cumin, and pepper; stir in cucumbers to coat. Cover and chill a half hour.
