1 cup Ground Tumeric
1⅓ cup Coriander Seeds
1 cup Cumin Seeds
2 ounces Dried Root Ginger
2 Peppercorns
1 ounce Cardamom Pods
¼ cup Fennel Seeds
¼ cup Dried Red Chilis
¼ cup Blades Of Mace
tablespoon Whole Cloves
2 tablespoons Mustard Seeds
2 tablespoons Poppy Seeds

Directions

Store in an airtight jar after blending well.

NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
