Curtis' lime soup

1 | medium | Red onion; diced |
3 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
2 | tablespoons | Dried oregano |

½ | pounds | Fried tofu |
2 | Carrots; diced | |
½ | pounds | Green beans; cut into 1\" pieces |
2 | mediums | Tomatoes; diced |
1 | cup | Vegetable stock |
½ | bunch | Cilant chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Chile powder |
2 | Limes thinly sliced | |
Juice of one lime |
Directions
In a large pot, heat the oil and saute the onion and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until done, about 35 minutes.
