Dijon bourbon marinade

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Bourbon
¼ cup Low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Dark brown sugar; firmly packed
6 Pearl onions; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White pepper; or to taste

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved. It works best if you use a glass bowl.

Notes: MAKES 1 CUP. This is an incredible marinade for Lamb, pork, chicken or beef. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator over night, using the remainder to baste with during cooking.
