3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
3 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Oil
½ cup Orange juice
teaspoon Vanilla
4 Apples; peeled and sliced

Mix all ingredients together except apples. Pour half the batter into bundt pan. Punt in half the apples with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. Pour in rest of batter and top with remaining apples and cinnamon Bake until done...
