Dried beef quiche - president's inaugural brunch oct 1981

Ingredients

5 | ounces | Dried beef shredded |
5 | ounces | Gruyere cheese grated |
5 | ounces | Cheddar cheese grated |
5 | ounces | Gouda cheese grated |
4 | Eggs | |
2½ | cup | Light cream |
2 | tablespoons | Onions finely chopped |
1 | Pie pastry |
Directions
1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan 2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie pastry.
3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.
4. Bake 325 F for ½ hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for additional 1 hour.
