Dried beef casserole

Ingredients

5 ounces Beef, dried
3 tablespoons Butter (or marg.)
3 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose
2 cups Milk
½ cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Olives, ripe; sliced
½ cup Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
2 cups Noodles; cooked
Cheese, Cheddar; shredded

Directions

Tear dried beef into pieces and set aside. Melt butter; stir in flour. Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add dried beef, celery, olives, ½ cup cheese, and noodles. Spoon into a 1-½ quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with additional cheese, and return casserole to oven until cheese is melted.
