Dried tomato, caper, and olive dressing

½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dried tomatoes packed in oil; minced
1 tablespoon Drained bottled capers; minced
1 tablespoon Minced pitted drained Kalamata or other
; brine-curd blackolives
2 tablespoons Water; or enough to thin
; dressing to desired
; consistency

Directions

In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.

Makes about ¾ cup.
