Tomatoes and olives in cumin dressing

Ingredients

6 larges Ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
2 cups Chopped red onions
1 cup Pitted black olives
¼ cup Chopped fresh watercress
cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Pinch turmeric

Directions

CUMIN DRESSING

On large shallow platter or in shallow container with lid, arrange tomato slices, onions, olives and watercress.

(CUMIN DRESSING:) Combine olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, cumin, pepper and turmeric. Pour dressing over vegetables.
