Easy corn puff

Ingredients

20 ounces Frozen Corn or chopped Broccoli
1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded (about 4 ozs.)

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter 5-coup souffle dish or 1½-quart round casserole. Cook corn as directed on package; drain. Beat Baking Mix, milk, eggs, and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese. Pour into souffle dish. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve immediately.
