Creamy potato puff

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
4 cups Hot mashed potatoes
1 Egg, beaten
⅓ cup Finely chopped onion
½ cup Chopped pimento
1 teaspoon Salt
dash Pepper

Directions
