Egg-free~ wheat-free~ milk-free meatloaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Ground Beef
¼ cup Raw, grated potato up to 1/2 cup
¼ cup Chopped Onion
¼ cup Grated Carrot Salt;or less Pepper
½ cup Broth; up to 1 cup gravy, tomato juice,etc
1 cup Chopped Vegetables optional peas, carrots, green beans, celery
Green peppers etc

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
