FOR EACH MUFFIN YOU NEED
>From an old WW 2 newspaper
Butter muffin tins and warm them. In the bottom of EACH cup, place 1 tsp.
bread crumbs and 1 Tb. milk. Break egg in each one and add seasonings. Add 1 Tb. milk, a small lump butter (¼ tsp.), a few more bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake 10 mins. in a 350 F. oven. They should be golden brown.
Run a knife around the edge and turn out upon a plate.
