Feta cheese and yoghurt dip

One cucumber; diced, salted 15 | ||

3 | ounces | Grated parmesan |
1 | large | Hand fresh basil |
Salt and pepper |
Directions
1 Chop the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, leave for 15 minutes and drain.
Repeat with the onions.
2 Dice the feta, add the chopped onion, cucumber and the grated parmesan.
Add the yoghurt and the honey and season to taste.
