Feta cheese and yoghurt dip

1 teaspoon Honey
½ pounds Feta cheese
450 grams Plain yoghurt; (large pot)
One cucumber; diced, salted 15
; mins prior to use
1 large Onion; finely chopped,
; salted 15 mins
; prior to use
3 ounces Grated parmesan
1 large Hand fresh basil
Salt and pepper

Directions

1 Chop the cucumber, sprinkle with salt, leave for 15 minutes and drain.

Repeat with the onions.

2 Dice the feta, add the chopped onion, cucumber and the grated parmesan.

Add the yoghurt and the honey and season to taste.
