Dead easy yoghurt and cucumber dip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Naturalea Plain Unsweetened yoghurt
1 Telegraph cucumber; grated
2 Cloves garlic; minced (2 to 3)
20 Fresh mint leaves; chopped finely
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 Lemon; Juice of
¼ teaspoon Cumin
½ teaspoon Ground coriander
Salt and pepper

Directions

Squeeze the grated cucumber in a tea towel to remove the excess liquid.

Mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients, adding salt to taste.

Cover and refrigerate till needed. (It is best eaten on the day it is made).
