Fiesta salmon

½ | can | (11 oz) condensed of cheddar cheese soup |
3 | tablespoons | Milk |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped canned green chili peppers |
teaspoon | Instant minced onion | |
1 | can | (7 3/4-oz) salmon -or- |
1 | can | (6.5-7 oz) tuna, drained and broken into chunks |
¾ | cup | Coarsely crushed tortilla chips |
Directions
In a saucepan combine soup, milk, chili peppers, and onion. Heat and stir until bubbly. Stir in salmon or tuna and ½ cup of the corn chips. Turn mixture into two 8-ounce individual casseroles. Top with remaining tortilla chips.
