Fig-strawberry preserves

Ingredients

3 | cups | Mashed figs |
1 | pack | (6-oz) strawberry gelatin |
3 | cups | Sugar |
Directions
Combine figs, gelatin and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Skim off top and pour into glasses. Seal with paraffin.
