Figs with honey and mascarpone

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 Ripe green or black figs
About 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
¼ cup Honey (about)

Directions

Cut the figs in half or in quarters if large.

Place ¼ cup of the mascarpone on each four plates. Surround the mascarpone with the figs. Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings
