Fish baked in sour cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Fish fillets-fresh or frozen
1 large Onion, sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
Salt and pepper
Paprika
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Thaw fillets if frozen. In greased shallow baking dish, arrange onion and tomatoes. Place fish fillets over vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and paprika.

Combine cheese with sour cream; pour over fillets. Dot with butter.

Bake in 400øF oven until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
