Sour cream stuffing for fish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Celery, chopped
½ cup Onion, chopped
¼ cup Butter/margarine, melted
4 cups Bread crumbs, dried
½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Lemon, diced, peeled
2 tablespoons Lemon rind, grated
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish.
