Fish with sour-cream sauce

Ingredients

3 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | cup | Chopped onions |
4 | slices | Pike or whitefish |
1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Water |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
Directions
Melt the butter in a skillet. Brown the onions, then arrange the fish over them. Sprinkle with the paprika, salt and pepper. Add the water. Cook over low heat 45 minutes.
