2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
2¾ | cup | Hot water |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | dash | Tobasco Sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Instant minced onion |
¼ | cup | Diced celery |
¼ | cup | Diced green pepper |
2 | cups | Diced cooked ham |
1 | can | (6-oz.) tuna or shrimp |

Have a couple Rice-A-Roni recipes for you. Hope you enjoy them. They came from my "Favorite Brand Name Recipe Cookbook".
Lightly brown the rice-vermicelli mixture in butter. Stir in water and contents of flavor packet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 5 (1½ cup) servings.
