Prep: 10 minutes Stand: 10 minutes Cook: 3 to 4 minutes Source: Lisa Clarke (based on a recipe from 365 Ways to Cook Chinese) Neil brought home some leftover hot & sour soup, and some crispy chinese noodles on Friday, so last night, I whipped up this, and some rice to go with everything. It was quite good, and also very simple.
