Steamed cubed pork with five spices

1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Five spices |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | pounds | Potatoes |
Directions
1. Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sugar, Five Spices and salt. Add to pork and toss. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
2. Peel potatoes and cut in 1-½ inch cubes. Arrange in a deep heatproof bowl with pork cubes on top. Pour the pork marinade over.
3. Steam on a rack until done (about 1-½ hours). See HOW-TO SECTION.
