125 | grams | Half-fat light cream cheese; (4oz) |
Grated zest and juice of 1 orange | ||
2 | tablespoons | Cointreau or other orange liqueur |
15 | grams | Caster sugar; (1/2oz ) |
Directions
GENERAL
FOR THE SAUCE
Cut the melons into quarters and scoop out the seeds.
Remove the skin and cut the melon into large chunks.
Place the melon in a glass bowl with the grapes and bananas.
Pour over the orange juice and mix well.
To make the sauce, put the cheese in a bowl and gradually beat in the orange juice, orange zest and liqueur.
Stir in the sugar and mix well. Serve with the fruit salad.
