Fried almonds

1 cup

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Whole blanched almonds

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds; fry until golden brown, 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
