Korean honeyed rice with nuts

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Blanched Almonds; chopped
¼ cup Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons Oil
4 cups Hot Cooked Rice
3 tablespoons Honey
tablespoon Soy Sauce

Directions

Saute nuts in hot oil in nonstick pan until lightly browned. Add hot rice; mix with honey and soy sauce.

NOTES : A touch of honey and nuts are combined with hot rice. Not a dessert.
