Korean honeyed rice with nuts

Ingredients

½ | cup | Blanched Almonds; chopped |
¼ | cup | Pine Nuts |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
4 | cups | Hot Cooked Rice |
3 | tablespoons | Honey |
1½ | tablespoon | Soy Sauce |
Directions
Saute nuts in hot oil in nonstick pan until lightly browned. Add hot rice; mix with honey and soy sauce.
NOTES : A touch of honey and nuts are combined with hot rice. Not a dessert.
