Fruity soy shakes (hl)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Vanilla soymilk; chilled
5 ounces Japanese-style soft silken tofu, chilled and cubed
2 cups Fresh or frozen fruit; one or more varieties of choice
1 tablespoon Honey; (up to 2), or brown rice syrup
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.

Yield: 2 shakes
