Gasali's marinated tuna fish or swordfish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
kilograms Fresh tuna sliced
100 millilitres Lemon juice
50 millilitres Vinegar
70 grams Fresh oregano
100 millilitres Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions

"Carpaccio Di Tonno O Pescespada Marinato" Spread in a plate, slices of tuna. Marinate with lemon, vinegar salt and pepper for 1 hour. Take out the tuna and put on plate. Put oregano and olive oil on the top. Serve.
